Job summary

Robot24 in Dubai JLT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring. You will build scalable processes and collaborate with leadership to attract top talent across technology, media, creative, and operations.

The role emphasizes building recruitment pipelines, improving interview frameworks, and delivering a standout candidate experience in a fast-moving, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical, creative, digital or business roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience building recruitment processes or improving existing hiring workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Dubai-based or able to relocate.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across technology, media, creative, operations and corporate functions.
• Source, engage and assess candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Design and improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks and hiring standards.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication and offer management.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks and hiring best practices.
• Use modern recruitment tools and AI where appropriate to improve productivity and candidate sourcing.
