Job summary

Acesoft Labs (India) Pvt Ltd in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior specialist with deep domain knowledge in Corporate Payments to drive large-scale transformation programs.

You will collaborate with GTB Product Owners, Business Analysts and Technology teams, analyze business requirements and specifications, and coordinate testing, deployments and post-go-live support across complex banking applications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Corporate Payments and Banking domain.
• Experience on large-scale transformation projects with process optimization.
• Proficient with Oracle Banking Products/OBP and integrations.
• Hands-on with Oracle OBP Extensibility Toolkit, OBP and backend customizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deeply analyze business requirements, functional specs, and technical specs.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, BA, and Technology teams; perform RCA.
• Support testing: SIT, regression, performance, and integrations.
• Document integration and design specs for large-scale banking apps.
• Assist production deployments and post-go-live support.

Strong domain knowledge of strong Corporate Payments strong Work closely with strong GTB Product Owners Business Analysts and Technology teams strong Understand and analyze strong Business Requirements Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications strong Analyze system issues participate in strong Root Cause Analysis RCA strong and support issue prioritization Coordinate with vendors for strong issue and defect resolution strong Support all testing phases including strong SIT Regression Testing Performance Testing and Integrations strong Review test strategies test scenarios and test data Perform strong impact assessments strong for change requests and facilitate production deployments Coordinate with strong Business and Operations users strong for product training Manage business and technology stakeholders during implementation deployment and post-go-live support Manage conflicting requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions Document strong integration and detailed design specifications strong for large-scale banking applications Support change prioritization testing coordination and production releases 13–15+ years of relevant experience.Bachelor of Engineering or Post Graduate qualification.Strong experience and domain knowledge in Corporate Payments.Banking domain experience is mandatory.Experience working on large-scale transformation projects involving process optimization and business changes.Good knowledge of Oracle Banking Products / Oracle OBP.Hands-on experience with Oracle Banking Extensibility Toolkit, OBP and backend customizations.Knowledge of integration with Flexcube Core for accounting.Exposure to OBRH (Oracle Banking Routing Hub) is an added advantage.Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and messaging systems.Hands-on experience with XML/XSLT, Web Services, SQL and PL/SQL.Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to perform impact assessments, support testing and facilitate production deployments.
