Job summary

Azizi Developments’ Studio 360 seeks a Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in swimming pool and water feature projects. You will design, plan, and supervise pools, hydraulics, filtration, and water treatment, coordinating with project teams to meet specifications and safety standards.

The role requires CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit), strong technical due diligence, and good communication to coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors and suppliers throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in swimming pool and water feature projects.
• Experience in Landscape Design across residential, hospitality, and commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of water filtration, circulation, pumps, and chemical treatment.
• Understanding of structural principles and material properties relevant to pools.
• Excellent project management, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan swimming pools and water features with project teams.
• Manage and supervise construction activities, ensuring quality and safety.
• Apply technical expertise in hydraulics, filtration, and water treatment.
• Perform engineering calculations related to loads and water flow.
• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD and Revit and review design documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes and environmental requirements.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, and cost tracking.
• Implement QA/QC measures for long-term performance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain strong project management practices to ensure on-time delivery.
