Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in construction management with focus on pools.
• Proven delivery of UAE-based civil and pool projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of civil and swimming pool construction projects from planning to handover.
• Develop detailed schedules, work programs, and resource plans to meet milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate site teams including engineers, foremen, pool specialists, and subcontractors.
• Oversee swimming pool construction activities: excavation, gunite/shotcrete, waterproofing, tiling, and plant rooms.
• Review drawings and submittals to ensure work aligns with design specs and standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and HSE standards across site activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor costs, identify risks, and implement mitigation to protect margins and timelines.
• Prepare progress reports and conduct regular site progress meetings.
• Manage procurement coordination for materials and equipment aligned with schedule.
