Job summary

Mace Group in Dubai is seeking a Programme/Project Controller to develop detailed, integrated schedules for a landmark residential project. You’ll interface with the project team, review progress data and ensure contractual obligations are understood, while embedding sustainability and safety into every activity.

With UAE project experience and a degree in construction or related field, you will help drive net-zero goals and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in construction, programme, project or commercial management is required.
• Working towards chartered status with a recognised professional body.
• Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed and fully integrated plans that reflect logistics, site and project constraints.
• Interfaces with the project team to support weekly progress reporting and ensure contractual obligations are understood.
• Reviews productivity and progress data to capture performance and inform decision‑making.
• Communicates effectively with clients, project teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Embeds sustainable design, procurement and carbon‑reduction principles within programme development.
• Integrates health and safety requirements into all programme activities.
• Establishes and oversees project work plans, deadlines and coordinated team activities.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
