Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC is seeking a Planning Manager to develop and control schedules for residential developments including villas, high-rise towers, mid-rise apartments and mixed-use projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures on-time project delivery through robust planning, progress monitoring, and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting for large residential projects.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams, consultants and stakeholders.
• Abu Dhabi / UAE experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules for residential developments to ensure milestones are met.
• Analyze risks and plan resources to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction and client teams.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.

The Planning Manager is responsible for developing monitoring and controlling project schedules for residential developments including villa communities, high-rise residential towers, mid-rise apartment buildings and mixed‑use residential projects. The role ensures project delivery within approved timelines through effective planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, risk analysis and reporting. The Planning Manager works closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction, commercial consultants and client teams to ensure timely completion of all project milestones.

• Strong Residential Project Experience (Mandatory)
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring & reporting
• Ability to coordinate with site teams, consultants & stakeholders
• Abu Dhabi / UAE experience is a strong advantage
