Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager for Sustainability to drive group-wide sustainability initiatives in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage resources, oversee ESG risk ratings, and lead internal and external sustainability engagements. With a minimum of five years’ experience in sustainability or related fields, strong project management skills and knowledge of ESG frameworks are essential. This position offers a dynamic workplace focused on sustainability and teamwork, making a significant impact within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related roles within a corporate or consultancy environment.
• Proven experience managing workstreams or junior team members with strong delivery ownership.
• Exposure to ESG frameworks, including reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage sustainability workstreams across engagements, communications, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate sustainability events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
• Oversee ESG risk ratings processes and manage inputs for the Annual Sustainability Report.
