Qualifications
- 12 years of kitchen experience (Japanese cuisine preferred but not required).
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and food prep techniques.
- Willingness to learn and work across different kitchen sections.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain workstation with ingredients and equipment.
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes using proper tools.
- Follow mise en place checklist and communicate with section leaders.
- Rotate across kitchen sections to build broader culinary knowledge.
- Follow recipes and instructions from Chef de Partie or Demi Chef.
- Minimize food and resource wastage through careful handling.
- Assist with inventory receiving and storage of products.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Label food items daily and adhere to storage protocols.

- Label food items daily and adhere to storage protocols
- Uphold personal grooming and hygiene as per company standards
