Job summary

ALEC Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented Surveying Draughtsman to deliver accurate survey drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation for complex construction projects in the UAE. You will support setting-out, data processing, and conformity to project specs, QA/QC, and ALEC procedures, collaborating with surveyors, engineers, and BIM teams.

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Civil 3D, and BIM workflows is essential, along with experience in Carlson Survey, Trimble Business Center, Leica

Qualifications

• Experience of producing accurate survey drawings and CAD models for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying data processing and setting-out.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D survey drawings using AutoCAD 2D and create supporting CAD models.
• Perform drawing rescaling, grid alignment, coordinate transformations, and document control.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and BIM teams to ensure correct representation of survey data in drawings and models.
• Apply BIM and survey drafting standards to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Undertake miscellaneous duties as required by management.
