Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Dhabi-based Surgery team seeks a Territory Manager - Surgery to drive growth for our innovative medical devices. You will engage surgeons and healthcare professionals, identify target customers, and deliver education on product applications.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in medical devices, OR experience, strong communication, and Gulf region exposure. English fluency required; Arabic a plus. This field-based role involves extensive travel and hospital collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or Medical science.
• 1–2 years experience in medical devices.
• Experience in OR and presentation skills.
• Gulf Countries experience is highly recommended.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Identify target customers and drive growth across segments.
• Routinely follow the sales process to advance customers along the selling cycle.
• Expand knowledge of our product line and educate customers on applications and benefits.
• Attend OR procedures 3 days a week and conduct in-service training for HCPs.
