Job summary

Medtronic in the UAE seeks a driven Channel Sales Representative to grow our Core Surgical portfolio across the UAE. This field-based role requires travel to support hospital accounts and drive sales growth.

You will report to the Sales Manager and utilize Excel/PowerPoint for reporting; a valid UAE driving license and proven UAE healthcare sales track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in the MedTech industry, Surgical/OR products.
• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office programs Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within government and private hospitals, day surgery centres, and specialty clinics.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Proven sales track record in the UAE healthcare market.
• Strong sales negotiation and territory management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
