Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Robotics & Digital Clinical Development Manager to support the MEA region from the UAE or KSA. You will lead ProfEd, clinical case support, and commercial execution for robotic and digital platforms, collaborating with surgeons and healthcare institutions.

The role requires a biomedical engineering background, 5–7 years in medical devices, strong communication, and willingness to travel across MEA. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in medical devices, preferably capital equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the MEA region.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ProfEd to physicians and OR staff.
• Provide in-field clinical support during evaluations and first cases.
• Drive capital equipment sales within assigned territory and manage pipelines.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to achieve revenue targets and support tender submissions.
