Job summary

Pedigri Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient management of warehouse operations, including the processing of orders and transportation of goods in Dubai. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in supply chain or logistics and 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the MEA Region.

This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with the ability to work flexible hours. Fluency in French and/or Arabic is an advantage.

Job Purpose

Works in warehousing and transportation of goods. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for ensuring supplies, stock, materials, packages, and products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

Role And Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

• Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
• Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment.
• Ensures supplies, stock, materials, packages, and products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
• Facilitates shipping of products from one destination to another.
• Arranges transportation, schedules staff, and orchestrates deliveries to meet customer demand with minimal delay.
• Receives products and coordinates delivery.
• Prepares loads for shipment.
• Maintains optimal warehouse capacity.
• Goods‑in of all received goods in the system.
• Counterchecks invoices submitted by freight forwarders.
• Tracks and monitors shipments to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Complies with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.

Material Handler Duties

• Verifies accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording inventory location.
• Locates materials and supplies by picking and verifying vendor orders.
• Maintains in‑process inventory at work centres by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Performs and reports cycle counts.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a relevant field.
• 3‑5 years' experience in handling logistics‑related responsibilities.
• Experience in logistics and freight forwarding, especially in the MEA Region.
• Experience in logistics documentation such as clearance documents and air freight handling (Import & Export).
• Familiarity with the Dubai Trade Portal.
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.

Skills And Abilities

• Independent and flexible, with solid communication skills and strong customer focus, plus outstanding analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local logistics and experience working with freight forwarders and customs.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.

NOTE: Fluency in French and/or Arabic is an advantage.
