Job summary

Agthia Group is seeking a Supply Planner to balance inventory and sourcing to meet customer demand, with a focus on forecast validation and coordinating with partners for timely deliveries.

You will validate forecasts against capacity and available inventory, manage Finished Goods stock across local and international sourcing, and execute supply planning and MRP in SAP, considering lead times, MOQs, shelf life, and logistics constraints.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or Mathematics.
• 2-3 years’ planning experience.
• FMCG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute supply planning and MRP in SAP, considering lead times, MOQs, shelf life, and logistics constraints.
• Develop sourcing, replenishment, and purchasing plans and ensure timely PR releases.
• Monitor stock levels, aging, expiry, SLOB inventory, and inventory parameters.
• Track supply and inventory performance against budget and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and uninterrupted supply.
• Prepare inventory reports and support budget reviews and special supply chain projects.

What Would Make You Successful?

Minimum Qualifications

• University graduate with relevant degree (e.g., Supply chain, Business, Economics, Mathematics)
• 2-3 years’ experience in planning
• FMCG experience preferred

• Strong analytical skills
• ERP knowledge along with good MS office skills
• Knowledge of statistical modelling and related tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
