Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Abu Dhabi seeks a Supply Planner to balance inventory and sourcing to meet customer demand. You will forecast validation, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with partners for timely delivery.

You will execute supply planning and MRP in SAP, consider lead times, MOQs, shelf life, and logistics constraints; develop replenishment plans; monitor stock levels, aging and SLOB; and support budget reviews.

Qualifications

• University degree in supply chain, business, economics, or mathematics.
• 2–3 years of planning experience; FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ERP knowledge.
• Proficient in statistical modelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate forecasts against capacity and available inventory and monitor daily sales vs. forecast.
• Manage Finished Goods inventory across local and international sourcing.
• Execute supply planning and MRP in SAP, considering lead times, MOQs, shelf life, and logistics constraints.
• Develop sourcing, replenishment, and purchasing plans and ensure timely PR releases.
• Monitor stock levels, aging, expiry, SLOB inventory, and inventory parameters.
• Track supply and inventory performance against budget and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and uninterrupted supply.
• Prepare inventory reports and support budget reviews and special supply chain projects.

Minimum Qualifications
