Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai seeks an experienced Supply Chain Leader to oversee end-to-end operations across planning, procurement, warehousing and logistics.

You will drive operational excellence, monitor KPIs such as OTIF and forecast accuracy, lead cross-functional teams, and support SAP implementations and network optimization.

The role requires 7–10 years in pharma or FMCG, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver cost, compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, pharmacy, business, or related field.
• 7–10 years in supply chain operations, preferably pharma or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical/problem-solving skills; SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily supply chain operations and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive excellence across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Monitor KPIs: OTIF, inventory accuracy, service levels, forecast accuracy, and costs.
• Support strategic initiatives: new product launches, SAP implementation, network optimization.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead capacity planning, expansion projects, and packaging line implementation.
• Manage supplier and 3PL performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams and foster high-performance culture.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Finance, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.

Requirements
