Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a skilled Demand Planner to translate sales history, market trends and customer insights into reliable forecasts. You will work with supply chain, production, sales and marketing to align plans and drive inventory decisions.

The role is office-based with ownership over buying and inventory decisions, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demand planning experience, ideally in FMCG or non-food.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar
• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills
• A proactive problem-solver who catches things early

Responsibilities

• Building and refining forecast models as real data and market shifts come in
• Tracking forecast accuracy and adjusting when things are off
• Keeping stakeholders informed and getting their buy-in on demand plans
• Spotting and fixing data issues before they snowball
• Coordinating day-to-day with the warehouse team
• Looking for ways to keep improving the process, not just maintaining it
