Job summary

Chalhoub Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a skilled Supply Planner to define and optimize supply plans, ensuring product availability across networks. The role collaborates with Demand Planners to align forecasts and validate stock models for optimal service levels.

You will monitor core KPIs, manage supplier SLAs, and drive replenishment strategies while coordinating with Group Logistics on transportation and distribution decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply planning in Luxury Beauty or FMCG.
• Proficiency in supply planning tools, preferably Blue Yonder and SAP.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize supply plans to maintain balanced inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Develop replenishment techniques and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners to align forecasts with stock models.
• Alert on critical supply constraints and propose remedial actions.
• Manage KPIs and SLAs with key suppliers.
• Coordinate data quality for replenishment systems.
• Partner with Group Logistics to optimize transport and distribution.
• Define inventory returns, transfers and depletions processes.
• Monitor KPIs like ISA in stock availability, DOI, OTIF, and allocation efficiency.

Job description

The Supply Planner is responsible for defining and optimizing supply plans to maintain balanced inventory levels and ensure product availability. This role focuses on capacity planning, vendor collaboration and monitoring key planning performance metrics.

Develop and drive supply planning and replenishment techniques regarding stock parameters and communicate results to relevant team members.

Work closely with Demand Planners to understand the expected Sales Forecasts and validate the optimum stock model to support those.

Alert on supply constraints which are business critical and propose remedial action.

Manage the specification and agreement of KPIs and SLAs with key suppliers.

Manage Supply related data with care to ensure the replenishment system is fed with the right information.

Partner with Group Logistics to manage the transportation including optimising supply chain maintaining a distribution network challenging selected methods of transportation.

Define strategies and processes to accommodate inventory returns, transfers and stock depletion and ensure inventory planning adjustments are made accordingly.

Performance Monitoring and KPIs

Monitor key planning KPIs such as ISA in stock availability across all networks, DOI (Days of Inventory), OTIF (On-Time In-Full), GM and allocation efficiency.

Professional Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supply planning with a Luxury Beauty or FMCG Business
• Proficiency in supply planning tools, preferably Blue Yonder and some experience in SAPEducation

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
