Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or inventory management.
• UAE market experience is required.
• CSCP, CPSM, CIPS or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
• MS Office and ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics or similar).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate delivery schedules, and resolve supply issues.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders per company procedures.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics providers for on-time delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and support supplier evaluations.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on inventory, purchasing and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse, finance, production and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contractual requirements and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain procurement and inventory records in the ERP system.
• Assist with annual inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
