Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is hiring a Supply Chain Planner in the UAE to build trusted reports, connect systems, and stay ahead of stock issues. You will create Power BI dashboards, integrate Oracle EBS, and turn data into models for proactive decision making.

The role requires 3+ years of analytics in supply chain, strong Power BI, SQL, and Python skills, and hands-on experience with data platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, or Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of data/analytics experience, preferably in supply chain.
• Strong data validation and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficient in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and SQL; Python is a plus.
• Experience with data pipelines and integrating multiple systems (APIs).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build Power BI dashboards for stock, ageing, replenishment, and supplier performance.
• Connect Oracle EBS, SCALE, and other systems via robust data pipelines.
• Turn raw data into trusted data models and insights.
• Identify stock risks, excess inventory, and process gaps with practical fixes.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance speed and accuracy without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Ops, Warehouse, Finance, and IT.
• Maintain inventory reporting and analytics with internal stakeholders.

Job description

We're hiring a Supply Chain Planner to help us plan smarter and move faster: building reports people trust, connecting systems that don't naturally talk to each other, and staying one step ahead of stock issues before they ever become a problem.

Day to day, you'll:

• Build Power BI dashboards that tell the real story on stock, ageing, replenishment, and supplier performance
• Connect Oracle EBS, SCALE, and other systems through solid data pipelines
• Turn raw data into models people actually trust
• Flag stock risks, excess inventory, and process gaps - with practical fixes, not just problems
• Use AI tools to work faster and smarter, without cutting corners on accuracy
• Partner closely with Demand Planning, Supply Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and IT
• Help keep things moving on the ground - stock orders, claims, and inventory checks

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• A degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years working with data - BI, analytics, or analytics engineering (supply chain experience a plus)
• Sharp instincts for root‑cause analysis and data validation
• Strong Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling), SQL, and Python skills
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, and/or Snowflake
• A knack for connecting systems via APIs - Oracle EBS and SCALE experience a plus
• A critical eye when using AI tools - fast, but never careless
• Strong communication and a genuinely collaborative mindset

A few practical details:

Office-based role. No direct reports, but real ownership over inventory reporting and analytics -working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
