Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking a proactive Demand Planner to translate sales history, market trends and customer insights into reliable forecasts. You will work with supply chain, production, sales and marketing to keep everyone aligned.

Based in Abu Dhabi, this office-based role offers ownership over buying and inventory decisions, collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers, and a focus on continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar.
• 3–5 years of demand planning experience, ideally in FMCG or non-food.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
• A proactive problem-solver who catches things early.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine forecast models as data and market shifts come in.
• Track forecast accuracy and adjust when things are off.
• Keep stakeholders informed and secure buy-in on demand plans.
• Spot data issues early and fix.
• Coordinate day-to-day with the warehouse team.
• Seek process improvements beyond maintenance.

• Keeping stakeholders informed and getting their buy-in on demand plans
• Spotting and fixing data issues before they snowball
• Coordinating day-to-day with the warehouse team
• Looking for ways to keep improving the process, not just maintaining it
