Job summary

Utopia Design in Dubai is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (FF&E) to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects. This role blends factory coordination, international logistics, and on-site execution, including last-mile delivery to remote and complex locations, with close collaboration with construction teams.

Experience in hospitality or high-end residential projects and fluent English are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FF&E production and quality control at factory level.

• Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics to remote or hard-to-access locations.
• Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes.
• Collaborate with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness.
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site.

About The Opportunity
