Job summary

Utopia, the ultra-luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand, seeks a Supply Chain Manager (FF&E) to oversee procurement, logistics, and installation for Dubai-based projects. This role blends factory coordination, international logistics, and on-site execution for high-end hospitality developments.

You will manage deliveries to complex locations, coordinate with construction teams, and ensure timely and accurate FF&E deployment across sites in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E
• Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects
• Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics
• Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes
• Ability to manage complex or remote project environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee FF&E production and conduct quality control at factory level
• Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking
• Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations)
• Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning
• Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes
• Collaborate closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site

About the opportunity
