Job summary

Acino, a Zurich-headquartered pharmaceutical company, invites applications for a Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator in Dubai. You will coordinate operations, manage MOHAP permits, master data, invoicing and customs, and support procurement to ensure compliant, efficient supply workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of SAP, MOHAP permits, and import/export documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain and logistics operations including MOHAP permits and import/export documentation.
• Manage sales orders in SAP and track back orders with the demand team.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and KPI calculations (OTIF & BO).
• Ensure timely invoicing for GRN preparation and proforma invoices.
• Oversee logistics activities – freight, customs clearance, transportation, export documentation.
• Support procurement activities and supplier follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policy.

The Position

The Role

Responsible for coordinating supply chain and logistics operations, including MOHAP permits, master data management, invoice processing, freight and customs clearance, procurement support, and regulatory compliance.

• Submission of EDE Permits (Import Permit, Export Permit, Local Sales Permit) and keeping track of it.
• Sales Order Management: Receive the confirmed orders from the distributor through the demand team, Set the sales order in SAP system.
• Monthly follow up for Back orders with the demand team, to ensure that appropriate tracking of actual requested amounts.
• Preparation of monthly sales reports and KPIs calculations (OTIF & BO)
• Timely Submission of Invoices for GRN preparation & Proforma Invoice for the payment process.
• Responsible for Logistics Activities – Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Export & documentation.
• Assistance in Procurement Activities, Follow-up with Suppliers, and documentation filing.
• Ensure compliance to EHS policy and its requirements.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of SAP, MOHAP permits, and import/export documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
