Job summary

Acino Pharma in Dubai is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee MOHAP permits, master data management, and end-to-end logistics. You will handle import/export documentation, SAP-based sales order processing, and freight and customs activities, ensuring timely and compliant execution.

You will collaborate with procurement and demand teams, prepare monthly KPI reports, and maintain strong communication across stakeholders while upholding EHS policies. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of SAP, MOHAP permits, and import/export documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MOHAP permits and master data management.
• Manage sales orders and SAP entry.
• Track backorders with the demand team for timely fulfillment.
• Prepare monthly reports and KPIs including OTIF and BO.
• Oversee freight, customs clearance, and export documentation.
• Support procurement activities and supplier follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policy.

Job description

Responsible for coordinating supply chain and logistics operations including MOHAP permits master data management invoice processing freight and customs clearance procurement support and regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Submission of EDE Permits Import Permit Export Permit Local Sales Permit and keeping track of it.
• Handling master data creation.
• Sales Order Management.
• Receive the confirmed orders from the distributor through the demand team.
• Set the sales order in SAP system.
• Monthly follow up for Back orders with the demand team to ensure that appropriate tracking of actual requested amounts.
• Preparation of monthly sales reports and KPIs calculations OTIF amp BO.
• Timely Submission of Invoices for GRN preparation amp Proforma Invoice for the payment process.
• Responsible for Logistics Activities - Freight Customs Clearance Transportation Export amp documentation.
• Assistance in Procurement Activities Follow-up with Suppliers and documentation filing.
• Ensure compliance to EHS policy and its requirements.
