Job summary

Acino in Dubai seeks a Finance Specialist to lead financial planning, analysis, and control across the organization. You will manage accounts payable/receivable, month‑end close, cash flow forecasts, banking activities, and intercompany financing documentation.

The role requires a finance degree, professional qualification preferred, 8–10 years of progressive manufacturing finance experience, and experience with SAP Business One, Tagetik, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Commerce is required.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA or CIMA) is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP Business One, Tagetik and Power BI is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Perform month‑end closing activities and support group reporting, tax reporting, consolidation, and balance sheet reporting.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, treasury reporting, and intercompany financing documentation.
• Oversee banking activities, including payment processing, LC, bank coordination, and reconciliations.
• Control Capex budgets, financial evaluations, forecasting, variance analysis, and policy compliance; ensure VAT and transfer pricing compliance.

The Position

The Role

The Finance Specialist will have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating financial planning, analysis, operational finance, and business control activities across the organization.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, collections, and credit control.
• Perform month‑end closing activities and support group reporting, tax reporting, consolidation, and balance sheet reporting requirements.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, treasury reporting, and intercompany financing documentation.
• Oversee banking activities, including payment processing, letters of credit, bank coordination, and reconciliations.
• Control and monitor Capex budgets, financial evaluations, forecasting, variance analysis, and policy compliance.Ensure compliance with VAT, transfer pricing, deferred tax, and other direct and indirect tax requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with company policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to support efficient financial operations.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Commerce.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA or CIMA) is preferred.
• Minimum 8‑10 years experience in progressive finance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP Business One, Tagetik and Power BI is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
