Qualifications

• Experience of 3–7 years as a Bodyshop Estimator in the automobile industry.
• Understanding of estimation processes, standards and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production and output meet budget goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ensure quality work for customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with senior and junior staff for smooth workshop operation.
• Deliver quality work to boost customer satisfaction and reduce rework.
• Assess resources needed: manpower, tools, infrastructure to support operations.
• Review staff performance and drive customer satisfaction improvements.
• Mentor staff onboarding and provide career development opportunities.

• Ensure 100% production and output to achieve the budget
• Ensure staffs execution of assigned jobs according to established work standards, specification and required time.
• Maintain the discipline, safe and clean environment thru strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures.
• Ensure effective communication with seniors and subordinate staff for smooth operation of workshop floor.
• Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimizing repeat jobs hence increasing total workshop efficiency.
• Determine and provide resources needed to support the operations, manpower, infrastructure, tools etc)
• Review employee performance on regular basis and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide moral support for developing staff, including overseeing new employee on boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
