Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company is seeking a seasoned Rigging Supervisor to oversee all rigging and lifting activities at the Abu Dhabi site, ensuring compliance with ADNOC safety regulations and international standards.

You will coordinate with site engineers, HSE teams, and project managers; conduct risk assessments, develop lifting plans, verify crane capacities, and maintain thorough documentation and toolbox talks to drive safe, efficient operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Certifications: Lifting Supervisor Certificate approved by ADNOC/Third Party; TUV/LEEA Certified Rigger Level-3 or 4; OPITO training

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities at the site.
• Ensure proper selection, inspection and certification of rigging equipment (slings, shackles, chains, hoists).
• Conduct risk assessments and develop lifting plans in coordination with site engineers.
• Ensure all rigging work is carried out safely and in compliance with ADNOC and international standards.
• Provide guidance to riggers and ensure safe lifting operations.
• Verify load calculations and lifting capacities of cranes and other equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC PTW Permit to Work system and safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings related to rigging and lifting.
• Maintain documentation of rigging operations, equipment certifications, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and HSE teams for smooth lifting activities.
