Job summary

Reliant HR Consultancy is seeking a Senior Rigging Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee rigging operations for ADNOC projects and lead a team of riggers, crane operators, banksmen, and drivers on-site.

You will prepare and review lifting plans, ensure safe handling and positioning of heavy equipment, and coordinate equipment deployment while maintaining compliance with ADNOC standards and PTW requirements. English communication and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years total rigging experience in an industrial environment
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• ADNOC-approved third-party tutor certification, as applicable
• Appointed Person course completed through ADNOC Group-approved training
• WMS training with ADNOC approval and PA certification as required
• Proven ability to prepare lifting plans and supervise critical lifting operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging operations, heavy lifting activities, and equipment installation at industrial sites.
• Lead and coordinate riggers, crane operators, banksmen, drivers, and other assigned personnel.
• Prepare and review lifting plans and supervise critical lifting operations.
• Ensure safe handling, transportation, shifting, and positioning of heavy equipment and materials.
• Coordinate availability and deployment of cranes, forklifts, trucks, and trailers.
• Monitor progress, allocate tasks, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
