Job summary

Awais Technical Services DWC LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems across multiple sites. You will ensure regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and high-quality workmanship.

You will lead maintenance technicians, schedule daily activities, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple maintenance jobs.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
