Job summary

Interifix Technical Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee multiple facilities. You will coordinate works, supervise site staff and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and report progress to management.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of building systems, budgeting, and leadership with UAE experience. UAE driving license is required; relocation and visa support are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, painting, AC).
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license (Required) and UAE experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance works according to priorities and plans.
• Manage daily site activities and supervise site labor and subcontractors.
• Inspect sites to ensure adequate manpower and resources.
• Supervise machinery and equipment usage.
• Read drawings, conduct site surveys, and manage multiple sites.
• Ensure materials are available one day prior.
• Report progress to Managers and Engineers.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and detailed site documentation.
