Fix My Home Technical Services in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee day-to-day renovation and maintenance works at customer sites. You will manage and coordinate technicians, helpers and subcontractors, plan manpower and materials, monitor progress and quality, and ensure safety and timely completion.

A UAE driving license and prior experience supervising technical services are required; you may outsource work and liaise with clients to resolve site issues.

• UAE driving license is required.
• Ability to outsource work and manage subcontractors.
• Strong planning and organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day renovation and maintenance works at customer sites.
• Manage and coordinate technicians, helpers, and subcontractors. Inspect sites and understand customer requirements before starting work.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and daily work activities.
• Monitor the quality and progress of work and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise works including painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling, gypsum/false ceiling, carpentry, AC maintenance, and general repair works.
• Identify materials required for each job and coordinate purchasing/delivery.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and immediately highlight any issues or delays.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address site-level concerns.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and handover of the site after completion.
• Ensure technicians follow appropriate safety procedures while working.
• Support preparation of basic estimates/BOQs and measurements when required.
