Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor – Business Services Center to join the resort’s BSC team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will lead BSC representatives, ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, and uphold Wynn’s service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality, 2–4 years in business services or admin, supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills.

• Act as an escalation point for internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Support the Assistant Manager in implementing best practices and new initiatives.
• Prepare and review operational reports for management.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to KPIs.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club.
