Job summary

Independent Food Company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead service on the floor and maintain high hospitality standards. You will collaborate with the kitchen, guide the team, and ensure guests have a warm, seamless dining experience.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of full-service restaurant management experience, preferably in the UAE, with strong leadership and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful operation of the restaurant by leading and developing the team, ensuring a high standard is implemented throughout.
• Work closely with the host/hostess to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support them during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues promptly.
• Establish a close working relationship with the kitchen and liaise with the chef about menu changes and presentations.
• Ensure that food and beverage is served and cleared according to standards and sequence of service.
• Control food and beverage inventory and maintain stock.

A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor. Some of the key responsibilities would be as follows;

To be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years' of full-service restaurant management preferably in the UAE.
