Job summary

Expro in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced supervisor to lead a team responsible for running equipment on and offshore, ensuring safe operations and compliance with company procedures.

You will allocate tasks, supervise checks, and coordinate with clients to maintain high service quality. The role requires strong leadership, technical competency, and a proactive approach to safety and documentation on site.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge gained through completion of competency for grade.
• Formal technical qualification.
• 9+ years related technical experience preferable.
• Team leader / supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations and allocate tasks to team to ensure safe completion and prevent issues.
• Ensure checks are carried out on all equipment and are technically correct for the operation.
• Carry out and ensure participation from team in toolbox talks and planning meetings.
• May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation, return of equipment and report preparation.
• Ensure that site support requirements are planned and executed to facilitate continuous operations.
• Liaise with client representatives and participate in meetings in a professional manner.
• Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures and client requirements.
• Work with colleagues and Supervisor to complete required competencies for current and next role.
• Actively mentor subordinates to share knowledge to assist with their competency progression.
• Liaise with the team members and operations department to ensure effective communication for safe operations.

Overall Purpose of the Job

To supervise team to complete the running of equipment on and offshore ensuring successful safe operations in accordance with Company procedures and thereby ensuring a quality service to client.

Key Activities And Accountabilities
