Key Responsibilities
- Maximise offshore workforce utilisation by ensuring efficient crew allocation rotation planning and back-to-back arrangements across all offshore onshore operations
- Develop and implement structured workforce planning strategies to ensure offshore Onshoreprojects are consistently staffed with competent and qualified personnel
- Own and manage the execution of the competency matrix across offshore Onshore operations ensuring that all operational personnel meet required competency standards
- Identify competency and skills gaps within offshore Onshore Field Crew and develop targetedtraining and development plans to address operational needs
- Design and implement structured crew development pathways to support career progression technical capability building and long-term workforce sustainability
- Lead the fast-track development SSE Program of newly recruited Green Hat employeesthrough structured training mentoring and competency assessment programs
- Implement and manage succession planning initiatives to ensure continuity in key offshoreoperational positions
- Act as the primary link between the Training Competency function and operations to ensurealignment between training programs and operational requirements
- Manage and coordinate a team of competency assessors responsible for delivering training andcompetency assessments at offshore sites
- Ensure competency assessments training records and workforce development plans are properlydocumented and aligned with TWMA competency standards
- Provide technical oversight and operational guidance for RotoMill operations to ensure safe efficient and compliant processing activities offshore Onshore
- Support the operations teams in resolving technical or competency-related challenges impactingoperational performance
- Monitor and evaluate operational workforce performance and identify opportunities forimprovement in training delivery operational efficiency and crew capability
- Operations Team LeaderCoordinate closely with Site Operations Managers and Operations Managers to ensure workforcecapability aligns with operational requirements and project demand
- Enhance offshore crew rotation planning and back-to-back arrangements to maintain servicecontinuity and improve workforce efficiency
- Ensure offshore operations are supported by adequately trained and competent personnelcapable of delivering safe and efficient services to clients
- Manage and coordinate personnel logistics functions including crew mobilization travelarrangements and offshore crew scheduling
- Oversee supervise the activities of personnel logistics coordinators and travel coordinatorsresponsible for offshore flights travel bookings and crew movements
- Work closely with HR Training Competency and Operations leadership to align workforceplanning with operational expansion and project requirements
- Participate in operational workforce planning meetings to ensure workforce readiness andcompetency requirements are incorporated into project planning
- Conduct regular offshore visits to assess operational performance monitor competencyexecution and provide leadership support to offshore teams
- Prepare workforce development reports and operational manpower planning updates for seniormanagement
- Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports outlining progress on offshore competency development training execution and Green Hat workforce development including tracking of competencyassessments completed training gaps closed and readiness of personnel for offshoredeployment
- Work closely and regularly meet with the Operations Manager to ensure crew requirements aremet

Qualification(s) & Training (E – Essential / P – Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant industrial discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial,Environmental or related field) or equivalent technical qualification (a recognised technical diploma(HND or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ additional relevant experience in related field (E)
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ HSEQ/ Environmental Engineering (P)
- Evidence of continued development within a Management role (E)
Experience(s) (E – Essential / P – Preferred):
- Proven experience in an operational role with minimum 8 years (and + 5 years managing team insupervisory level) in relevant sector (energy / Oil& Gas) (E)
- Good working knowledge of oilfield drilling waste industry and services provided (E)
- Experience in customer service, leadership, supply chain and logistics (P)
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and the ability to use business support software (E)
