Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. is seeking a Technical Supervisor for an Oil & Gas site in the UAE. The role focuses on controlling documentation, supporting the Completion team, and maintaining turnover dossiers. Strong English, organization, and ECN/PD-related familiarity are required.

The candidate will manage large volumes of technical records, coordinate with teams, and ensure accurate, timely turnover documentation within an EPC project framework. Expat package may be available.

Qualifications

• University level qualification.
• IT skills including MS Excel, Word & Access and ability to organize electronic files.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in QC Document Control, Technical Office or Technical Supervisor roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with engineering numbering conventions, tag allocation, P&IDs and vendor data.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume technical records under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, register and file handover documentation (Completion Dossiers, RLMU, ASB).
• Support Completion team with documentation processes and preparations.
• Log, track, and update punch list registers within the completion database; monitor sign-offs.
• Track and preserve red-line markups for final as-built turnover.
• Daily update registers and completion software for documentation submission.
• Control and distribute documents; ensure superseded versions are removed from updated files.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Maintain, register and file in connection with handover documentation (Completion Dossiers, RLMU, ASB documentation)
• Support Completion team with all documentation processes and preparations
• Log, track, and update punch list registers within the completion database, monitoring the movement and sign-off of punches
• Track and preserve red-line markups for final as-built turnover
• Daily update registers, completion software for documentation submission.
• Control and distribution of documents as instructed and ensures superseded versions of documents are segregated from updated versions.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• University Level Qualification
• IT skills (mainly MS Excel, MS Word & MS Access) including the ability to organize electronic files and folders
• 3 to 6 years of experience as QC Document Controller or Technical Office or Technical Supervisor relevant job role
• Very good command (written and oral) of the English language
• Familiarity with engineering numbering conventions, tag allocation, P&IDs, and vendor manufacturing data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume technical records under tight deadlines.

Additional Information

What it is nice to have:

• Experience in EPC industry
• Familiarity with completion software such as Co-console is desirable
