Abu Dhabi Ports seeks a seasoned maintenance supervisor to oversee the execution of maintenance plans for port equipment. You will plan preventative maintenance programs, prepare work plans, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and highest safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in a similar role, strong leadership, and experience with ERP systems and AutoCAD. Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in a similar maintenance/reliability role.
• Experience in maintenance planning and executing maintenance plans.
• Familiar with ERP systems and AutoCAD a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for timely execution of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans and schedules.
• Ensure that maintenance complies with manufacturer recommendations, QA manuals, and health and safety policies.
• Implement and preserve best maintenance practices through preventive maintenance programs.
• Prepare detailed work plans including personnel, plant, equipment and parts.
• Follow up and monitor all project managers and CM work orders for timely completion.
• Work closely with other departments and contractors for on-time scheduling and handover.
• Manage off-site repairs of equipment.
• Ensure equipment is in proper condition before starting operations.
• Control all documentation emanating from or sent to the unit.

Supervise maintenance activities of Ports equipment in term of executing maintenance plans and schedules planning preventative maintenance programs preparing equipment work plans and follow up projects while complying with safety policies and regulations

Educational and Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Statistics Mathematics or a related field
• Master s degree is a plus

Language Skills

• Excellent English Arabic is an added advantage

Years of Experience

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role

Nature of Experience

• Experience in similar capacity in Maintenance and Reliability in Manufacturing

Industrial environment

• Familiar with enterprise resource planning system Microsoft business application and auto-cad would be an advantage

• Follow up and monitor all project managers and CM work orders making sure that performed in timely manner
• Work closely with other departments and contractors to ensure on time scheduling of services new equipment receipt inspection installation and commissioning and handover
• Manage off-site repairs of equipment
• Ensure that equipment is in proper condition before granting approval to start the operations
• Control all documentation emanating from or sent to the unit

Additional Information

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
