AD Ports Group is seeking a qualified professional to supervise maintenance activities for ports equipment, executing maintenance plans and preventive programs while adhering to safety policies. The role involves planning work, coordinating with project managers and contractors, and ensuring timely delivery of maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 4–6 years in maintenance/reliability within an industrial setting, and proficiency with ERP,

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
• 4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Maintenance and Reliability in Manufacturing/Industrial environment.
• Familiar with ERP system, Microsoft business applications, and AutoCAD would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for the timely and efficient execution of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans and schedules.
• Ensure that the equipment maintenance is performed in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations, QA manuals, company health and safety policies, procedures and applicable standards.
• Implement and preserve the integrity of best maintenance practices on equipment through preventative maintenance programs.
• Prepare detailed work plans that include personnel, plant, equipment, and parts available.
• Follow up and monitor all project managers and CM work orders making sure that performed in timely manner.
• Work closely with other departments and contractors to ensure on time scheduling of services, new equipment receipt, inspection, installation and commissioning, and handover.
• Manage off-site repairs of equipment.
• Ensure that equipment is in proper condition before granting approval to start the operations.
• Control all documentation emanating from or sent to the unit.

Job Description

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. Master's degree is a plus

Language Skills:

Years of Experience:

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role

Nature of Experience:

• Experience in similar capacity in Maintenance and Reliability in Manufacturing / Industrial environment.
• Familiar with enterprise resource planning system, Microsoft business application, and auto-cad would be an advantage.
• Track record for solving complex problems , designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact.
• Passion for and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with partners at all levels across various functions of the organization.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performance teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
