Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Subcontract Coordinator to oversee the full subcontract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

You will review, draft and negotiate subcontract terms to protect the company, manage progress, deliverables and payments, and coordinate with project management, engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract coordination or contract engineering.
• Proficiency in contract management software and standard office productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project management principles.

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
