The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Business Admin, Construction Mgmt) and CPCM certification, with 18+ years of Gulf experience. Strong contract law and procurement knowledge are essential for success in this position.

Holds relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or similar, showcasing expertise. Demonstrates a minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in subcontracts management within the construction or related industry. Exhibits a strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management principles.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
