Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai seeks freelance study-skills coaches to deliver online and at-home sessions. You will assess students, teach evidence-based techniques, and craft revision plans while coordinating with parents.

This is a flexible, independent-contractor role with 65% commission on completed coaching sessions. UAE MOHRE permit required or eligible to obtain; opportunities may include workshops and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology is required.
• MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years study skills coaching or tutoring experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based learning science.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' current study habits, approaches, and challenges.
• Teach evidence-based study techniques (spaced repetition, active recall, mind-mapping).
• Help students organise notes, revision timetables, and study schedules.
• Build students' metacognitive awareness and self-directed learning.
• Support students preparing for public exams (IGCSE, IB, A-Level, SAT).
• Work with students experiencing study anxiety or motivation challenges.
• Provide parents with guidance on supporting effective study at home.
