Job summary

SchoolApply is seeking a motivated admissions counsellor to engage prospective students by phone, email and Skype, guiding them through overseas study options with a focus on US programs. You will meet daily, weekly and monthly targets, provide prompt, professional service, and manage leads using Salesforce CRM in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Dubai, UAE, this full-time role offers the chance to help students realize their international study goals within a dynamic education technology

Qualifications

• US university or college degree required.
• Understanding of American educational systems.
• Familiarity with visa applications preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong phone skills.
• CRM experience, ideally Salesforce.
• Positive, energetic, sales-minded attitude.
