Job summary

Heriot-Watt University in Dubai invites applications for a Student Recruitment Assistant. You will be the frontline contact, responding to enquirers by phone or email and supporting prospective students through their journey to Heriot-Watt.

Under supervision of the Recruitment Manager, you will handle events, lead capture, CRM tracking, and assist with applications. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to deliver high-quality service and contribute to enrolment.

Qualifications

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills or similar or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multi-channel customer experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in face-to-face customer service and events.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Second language preferably Russian.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquirers by phone or email with timely guidance.
• Support prospective students throughout their journey and assist with applications.
• Manage inquiries across in-person and online events.
• Utilise CRM to track engagements and optimise lead capture.
• Coordinate pre-event and post-event communications.
• Support student recruitment events and ambassador schemes.
• Maintain calendar of recruitment events and bookings.
