Job summary

Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus is seeking a Student Recruitment Assistant to coordinate and deliver front-line services for prospective students, manage enquiries by phone and email, and support admissions processing across UG, PG and research programmes.

Reporting to the Student Recruitment Manager, you will organise on- and off-campus events, engage with applicants, maintain CRM data, and assist with calendar planning and follow-up communications to maximise enrolment.

Qualifications

Essential: Excellent literacy and numeracy skills or equivalent experience.
Essential: Experience in multi-channel customer experience.
Essential: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Essential: Strong interpersonal skills.
Essential: Experience in face-to-face customer service and events.
Desirable: Degree level education.
Desirable: UAE/international education market knowledge.
Desirable: Experience with CRM systems and enquiry management.

Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries by phone or email, providing information and guidance to prospective students.
Assist with events and recruitment activities on and off campus to support enrolment.
Support admissions processing and provide administrative support to the admissions function.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admissions policies and entry criteria.
Coordinate communications and follow-up with prospects to optimise conversion.
