Job summary

Heriot-Watt University in Dubai is seeking a Student Recruitment Assistant to support recruitment and admissions targets across UG, PG and research degrees. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries by phone and email and respond within agreed times, using CRM systems to track interactions and assist with application processing.

Qualifications

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment with multi-channel contact.
• Proficient in IT packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquirers by phone or email and provide timely information.
• Support the planning and execution of on- and off-campus recruitment events.
• Assist with application processing and admissions-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records in the university CRM and follow up with prospects.
• Guide prospective students through the journey to enrolment with a customer-focused approach.
