Job summary

Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai (RIT Dubai) is seeking an administrative coordinator to provide support for post-enrolment and onboarding of students while upholding RIT policies and delivering high levels of customer service.

You will verify admissions requirements, coordinate with departments for onboarding, maintain student records, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University in Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Higher Education sector in the UAE.
• English Language Fluency, with fluency in at least one other language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, creative, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Advanced organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and coordinate post-enrolment and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure submission of required documents.
• Verify admission requirements and support issuance of final admission decisions.
• Assist students during enrolment and coordinate with internal departments for onboarding.
• Follow up with first-year students to ensure records are updated during the first semester.
