Job summary

The incumbent will analyze opportunities, monitor risks, and support policies and processes aligned with best practices, working in a full-time capacity within the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Quality and Institutional Excellence, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Institutional Performance, Quality, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and update of strategic and operational plans and monitor their implementation.
• Conduct internal and external strategic analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and priorities.
• Develop and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, analyze performance results, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and projects, including progress, challenges, and associated risks.
• Prepare periodic reports and institutional performance dashboards and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
• Support the implementation of risk management, quality, and institutional excellence requirements, including gap assessments.
• Review and develop institutional policies, processes, and procedures in line with requirements and best practices.
