Responsibilities

Contribute to hospitality arrangements for stakeholders and their official and unofficial guests, coordinating with official bodies concerned with hospitality inside and outside the country.
Prepare and implement operational plans to ensure the highest quality standards across all operations, procedures, and projects of the Department and Hospitality.
Develop quality management systems and measure performance indicators to ensure alignment with ISO standards and Dubai Government Excellence Program targets.
