Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai seeks a senior governance and performance analyst to support the DG/Chairman. You will oversee the statistical database, KPI programme, and strategic files, delivering decision-ready inputs and improvements across processes.

You will coordinate cross-entity initiatives, prepare technical reports, and organize key forums such as the Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF), ensuring timely and informed decisions aligned with leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business/public administration, engineering or economics.
6+ years with master's degree; 8+ years with bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Follow up on strategic and critical project implementation; monitor progress against plans and propose corrective actions.
Assist in managing the statistical database and KPI programme; monitor status and suggest improvements to support decision-making.
Support in reviewing high-sensitivity strategic files and initiatives; monitor progress and flag deviations.
Execute coordination for key project meetings and strategic files with authorities; deliver materials and readiness checks.
Organize the annual Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF) sessions with concerned departments, handle programme and materials coordination.
